Terms of service

These terms cover the CharmeDance website at charmedance.com, run as a photo-to-video entertainment service. By uploading a photo or paying for a video, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the acceptable use policy.

The product

CharmeDance sells a single digital file: a Charme Dance trend template rendered from the photos you upload. The file is about 15 seconds, vertical 9:16, and silent. The video is silent - no music or voice is included. Add the trending sound in TikTok or Reels when you post. We do not sell a soundtrack, an account, or a subscription.

How the video is made

CharmeDance is its own product. It is not Kuaishou, Kling, ByteDance, Seedance, or fal.ai. When the server is configured with Kling Motion Control, fal.ai generates the video from the primary photo and a reference dance clip. When it is configured with Seedance, fal.ai generates the video with ByteDance Seedance 2.5 reference-to-video, and a second photo is included when you added one. The default configuration, used when neither provider is configured, composites your photo into a local dance template on this server. None of these paths is a face-swap tool, and none puts one real person’s face onto another real person.

Price and payment

The price is $9.90 USD per video, shown before you pay. Card checkout is hosted by Waffo (Waffo Pancake). CharmeDance does not collect or store your card number. Payment card data is processed by Waffo and is not stored on CharmeDance servers. A browser redirect back to this site is not proof of payment. The video is rendered after Waffo reports the payment as successful.

No account

You do not create a login. The success-page link is how you return to a download. Treat that link as private. Anyone who has it can download the MP4.

Your photos and your promises

You promise that:

You keep ownership of your photos. You give CharmeDance a limited permission to store, copy, and process them only to make and deliver the video you ordered. We delete the source photos after a successful render, and also if the payment does not complete.

The finished file

After a successful render you may download the MP4 and post it to your own social accounts, including with a sound you add in TikTok or Reels. You do not receive ownership of the template, the site, or anyone else’s likeness. You are responsible for the posts you make and for any music you add on another platform.

Failed renders and refunds

If a paid render fails, contact hello@charmedance.com with your order id. We will rerun the render or refund the $9.90. Leaving checkout before payment is not a charge. Chargebacks and refunds that Waffo reports may close access to a download.

Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, CharmeDance disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of AI outputs. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that a render will succeed, or that a finished file will match a perfect likeness, a particular dance quality, or a platform’s distribution rules.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or different from the photo you expected. It is entertainment. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking the file before you post it, including any sound you add on TikTok, Reels, or elsewhere.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CharmeDance is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or a platform’s decision about your post. Our total liability for a claim about an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

Term & Termination

These terms stay in effect while you use the site. There is no login to close. The order id and the success-page link are the access record for a purchase. You can ask us to delete that record by emailing legal@charmedance.com or hello@charmedance.com with the order id.

We may refuse a generation, cancel an order, delete photos or a finished video, and suspend or terminate access to a download link if you break these terms or the acceptable use policy, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if the law requires it. If we refuse or cancel before a file is delivered, and the reason is not your breach, we refund the amount paid for that order. If we refuse because the order breaks the acceptable use policy, we may still refund a payment that already succeeded when the file should not be delivered. Chargebacks and refunds that Waffo reports may close access to a download.

Before starting a formal dispute, contact legal@charmedance.com with the order id so we can try to resolve it. Support questions can go to hello@charmedance.com.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do. Continuing to place an order after the update means you accept the terms then in effect. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
