Photo tips for a Charme Dance video
The template follows a fixed routine. A clear photo gives it a face and a body to move. A crowded, dark, or mirrored photo gives it less to work with.
Use this shot
- One person per photo, facing the camera, so the dance reads clearly.
- Keep the face uncovered: no sunglasses, and no hands in front of the face.
- A frame from the head to about the knees gives the step room to move.
- Skip mirror selfies and photos shot through a phone held in frame.
- Use a photo you have the right to use. Everyone in it must be 18 or older.
The optional second photo
The friend photo is a second subject in the same street-party template, off to the side of the main dancer. Use the same rules: one clear person, face visible, 18 or older, and a photo you are allowed to use. Skip it if the video is only you.
Leave these out
- Minors, even if they are family and even if the dance itself is harmless.
- Anyone who has not agreed to be in the video.
- Public figures you are not authorized to depict.
- Sexual, nude, or harassing images.
- A screenshot of someone else’s post used as the source photo.
After you download
The MP4 has no soundtrack. On TikTok or Reels, add the sound people are using for the Charme Dance trend, then post. The file is vertical, so you should not need to crop it.
